Full time work from home situation for every employee. Lots of control over projects and low-pressure work days. Small staff creates a human element to the company.
Cons
Company regularly goes in the red to keep clients satisfied and puts job security at risk. Many client relationships are burned due to personality conflicts with management and so there is a critical requirement to constantly scout new leads, which becomes harder as time goes due to the fewer and fewer previous clients who will say good things about LitmusBox.
