Extremely unprofessional environment at Admin- upper management engages in extremely inappropriate behavior openly in the office hallways often at the price of deeply offending others Hard work is not rewarded monetarily or otherwise- no bonuses, scarce performance reviews, etc. No possibility for internal career advancement above the csm/qidp level in CLS Understaffed, everybody is overworked and attitudes reflect this, job duties expand continuously but pay doesn't Extreme lack of competent leadership No sense of teamwork
