      Pros

      Good product. You can get behind what you're selling. Most people there are wonderful and good at their jobs

      Cons

      Leadership. Completely and utterly incompetent. Actively prevent growth, stifle and frustrate good talent (marketing and sales consistently turnover), and executive team constantly have petty fights and pit departments against each other.
