      Great director, poor cooperation

      Pros

      Loved the director running the facility. The families and the children were the reason I stayed as long as I did.

      Cons

      I worked very hard for this company with little or no recognition for anything that we accomplished. The upper management was out of state and very hard to get a answer out of whenever we had any issue. I couldn't work for any owner who could really care less about the staff. It was really heartbreaking because they had such potential to be amazing.

      Major management issues! Ratio/staffing issues, problematic staff, licensing violations. Need I say more!

      Pros

      Some of the teachers were amazing and fun to work with.

      Cons

      Taken advantage of, some teacher talk bad behind parents back. Over charged even after giving a two week written notice. Not a good place to work nor bring your child(ren) to. Promised lead teacher and got teachers aid.
