High turnover and micromanagement

Nice facility, some great people, iconic brand

Cons

Stay away from this place. There are very high levels of micromanagement over the dumbest things. Upper management is psychotic and hypocritical. Turnover is insanely high, with people getting let go all the time (often shortly after relocating) for the most ridiculous reasons. While it's a cool iconic company and does have many wonderful people, it's in your best interest to look somewhere else. Trust me

Everyone was very welcoming and I felt at home almost immediately. It was a great place to work! They did a lot of extra things for the employees, like luncheons, company picnic, holiday luncheons, Halloween festivities, etc

Cons

Don't really have any cons. I left for personal family obligations or I would still be working there.

I genuinely would not recommend this place to my worst enemy. So heavily micromanaged even after years of being with the company. Couldn't leave 15 minutes early without using PTO and required weekly detailed summaries of what you did every single day.
