No pros at all. Bad organization, bad culture, bad pay
Cons
Worst organization to work with. No growth, policies do not comply, fooling in the name of CTC Freshers please don't get trapped,this is a worst organization The owner is a psycho and highly unprofessional. Employees are looted in the name of CTC and are expected to slog like donkeys. Joining some reputed org with a lower pay is better than working in such cheap organizations.

Very Professional & disciplined company, I worked here & gained lot of knowledge& respect this company. They give you Total freedom to work. No work pressure...& lovely work environment
