Great culture and supportive work enviornment.

Pros

- leadership is transparent and communicates effectively - people are rewarded for hard work - capable people in different positions across the company - regionally aware leaders; sound knowledge of the markets we are in - attention is being paid to marketing and branding of the company

Cons

- enterprise sales usually takes a bit longer than b2c, etc - covid has dampened team building opportunities

Your feedback is valuable. The first 2 years of covid really slowed down team building opportunities but we are now pulling out all of the stops to connect and team build. It has been our priority and will continue to be.

Pros

The company is using the mainstream tech stack for Cloud DevOps/SRE so you won't get bored. The team will invest in you and ask you to further hone your skillset by giving you a task that is relevant to your expertise.

Cons

As of now, been only for 5 months here, so far none... the only comment I have is we have to improve our communication, synchronization and openness with other engineers not only in one region but globally.
