      Pros

      - Good salary. - Good benefits (Health insurance, snacks, good salary increases) - Team India and USA are nice, they help you a lot in many fields.

      Cons

      The HR and QA management team in colombia are not good, they have a bad attitude and implement micromanagement over their employees, that is the reason the work environment in colombia is not good despite the benefits and good management in india and USA. I would not recommend the company to friends and colleagues, at least in Colombia .

      Not sure who this is, but we have not had Engineering leadership in LA for many years. Our technology teams are located in three major hubs: San Francisco, US, Medellin, Colombia and Bangalore, India. Come talk to any of us!

      Great Company & Team

      Pros

      I used to work with LiveVox as a Software Engineer for over 5 years, and joined with some friend right after we graduated from University. I saw the Company growing so fast, and everyone in Colombia office was amazing, the collaboration accross teams, the office culture and all people were very supportive and friendly almost like "family" to me. I had a very good work experience and the management always provided opportunities for me to grow ... both in breadth and depth. Good dynamic, fun environment and amazing team to work with.

      Cons

      Company growing very fast and is open to change but due to it sometimes change is slow in execution
