      Pros

      I thoroughly enjoyed my time working here. I had a lot of autonomy within my role and found it easy to work with all of the colleagues. It was easy for me to suggest new ideas and run with them after discussing/presenting to Colin and my manager Brian.

      Cons

      We had to be strategic when it came to budgeting for new tools and softwares, but this was not a shock to me and is pretty standard in the startup world.

      If you value innovation, trying new things, team work, and the hustle, you'll love being a part of this team. Being a part of a small team and a very rapidly growing and evolving organization means there are limitless opportunities to learn and progress your career. When you want to try something new, you'll almost never hear "no." Hard work and producing results is rewarded, especially because leadership is very hands on and involved in the day to day. Added bonus: the product and brand are so much fun! - Flexible work environment - Unlimited PTO - Supportive team - Tons of room for career progression - Creative team culture

      If you're not willing to roll up your sleeves and get in the trenches, this company is not for you. There's a lot of time spent facing ambiguity and building the plane while you're flying it, meaning there is not much structure or routine. That kind of environment isn't for everyone and requires a lot of organization and self motivation. - Limited resources - Rapidly evolving team, company, and landscape (not necessarily a con, but not for everyone)

      Flexible Work is huge for me, so working from home is a huge plus. Lots of encouragement for growing and learning, and I love so many of my colleagues

      This isn't a workplace where you will thrive if you aren't a go-getter. Innovation and new ideas are encouraged, and everyone values people who can get things done.
