Pros
Awesome culture while working with professionals. I'm bought into the Livewire values and the people who live the Livewire way. If you work at Livewire, you know what those are!
Cons
This is still a small company and does not operate like a big corporation. That's a pro and a con but the con is that we wear more hats in a smaller organization and we don't have the big box store benefits like more paid holidays or company paid (they cover half) health insurance yet.
