Pros

Welfare benefits offered by company is good. Small team that is quite easy-going

Cons

Not a place for ur mental well-being. Does not give everyone the equal respect. Not a place if you dislike being micromanaged and not given autonomy. Careful you can get gaslighted, e.g hurt your self-confidence, being put-down when things are unreasonable or just simply because you disagree. No growth or opportunity to learn. No leader here, just a boss. With such culture, somehow you get "toxic" co-worker. HR is not helpful because they can't be bothered to manage the well-being of 5HE employees. This is a place for people who can execute and sweet-talk their way, you end up doing the way the boss wants.

Pros

Air con in the office

Cons

Presence of a psychopathic leader with a grandiose sense of superiority. Dealt with those who disagreed with her with hostility and aggression which resulted in high turnover rate over the years.
