Pros

Free schedule to work anytime you want as much as you would like. Protocols are flexible ensuring fast paced conversation and best accuracy. Payment is pretty much always paid on time. Mohamed (the manager) is super kind!

Cons

The earning potential is big, but there are times in which call flow is slow affecting the minutes you can make during a day. For example, during an 8 hour shift you can make around 360 minutes (6 hours). This is something that for me, can be a little bit discouraging. Also, please note there's no career growth.

Working at this company has been a blessing. The opportunity to work remotely from my home country has allowed me to make ends meet and continue my studies. We have been trained to provide the highest quality service possible. My manager is an exceptional individual with great empathy and has managed the business very intelligently. It is surprising that in the market, many new businesses in the interpretation industry offer exploitative jobs with miserable salaries and poor platforms. However, unlike these undesirable mercenaries of the interpretation service, Interprepedia has earned my respect and I am eager to continue growing and improving to provide my services to the company. I love the flexibility and well-run nature of the company. Thank you

Payment might not be immediate and could be delayed. Otherwise, the drawbacks are the same as any other interpretation company, (at least for me...)
