      Believe What You Hear, It's BAD Here.

      Pros

      Remote work, and what appears to be an "easy and collaborate" interview process (see cons).

      Cons

      A typical fish and bait process. Get good talent in and then overload them with an indescribable amount of work well outside of their comfort level and skills. So many people warned me about the CEO's habits, and they are very true. Roles are filled and quickly eliminated after getting what is known as key information from said people. It's sad because good people come and go at Locale not by choice. It's scary not knowing what roles are around for the long-term, and if our jobs are even safe when executive team members are like a firecracker!

      Pros

      From the product & services, to the team, this group of people puts their heart in what they do. Working alongside them has brought me great pride. Locale knows how to support its employees to the max. Happy empolyees=happy customers.

      Cons

      The learning curve can be challenging, but exciting. Locale is building something new and they look to every team member for collaboration and inspiration.

      Great Culture

      Pros

      Locale had a wonderful culture and my Manager really cared about their employees. It was difficult leaving but I had grown out of the role.

      Cons

      The pay. While it was WFH and flexible, front office operations never pay enough for what you have to deal with, which can be abuse from customers.
