      Pros

      Locatee is in a high growth phase. all employees can contribute to the success of the company and have a direct impact. each and everyone's work is highly valued. more important, everyone is having fun at work in a very diversified and supportive team.

      Cons

      high growth implies that not all processes and responsibilities are clearly structured. some flexibility is required.

      Not what you would expect from a startup

      - Team was great - Flexibility in terms of working hours - Great and interesting customers - Commission Model was interesting

      Cons

      - No real start-up culture - People generally not motivated to go the extra mile - Very low base salary - No real customer focus - Product does not work - Management unfortunately does not know how to lead. They spend time in their own bubble instead of motivating employees.

      Pros

      - Culture at Locatee is outgoing, friendly, collegial, supportive enforced by the leadership - Super relevant, globally-leading platform office space management platfrom thats just getting better and better! - Leadership team is outstanding! They are all passionate, skilled, devoted, hard-working, visionary and very importantly great leaders who are not micro managing. - Processes are surprisingly well structured and setup considering the company size - Management has a clear vision where to take the company and thats global! - Many fun team-building activities, with Friday drinks, and other great things - You are able to influence your own role and get responsibility from day one. - At Locatee you can be yourself and politics is minimal which is fantastically rare. - Excellent benefits for company this size - Ethical company with a strong diversity inclusiveness - Location and work-life balance is top notch!

      Cons

      - As of now there is absolutely nothing bad I can say about Locatee. Nobody leaving only hiring speaks volumes of how people are treated here.
