      It's hard work and a lot of driving. But if you commit and show up everyday you will be rewarded with increased pay.

      Cons

      Nepotism runs wild. Classic example of a job where the better you are the more work you have. Managers are as lazy as can be. Want to move up? Not unless you are the boss' friend. Unrealistic work loads.
