      Pros

      Used to be a very unique company with great leaders. Things have drastically changed since end of 2018 and the new management team. Still a remote friendly company - a lunch and learn once a month (for how long)

      Cons

      Uncertain futur for the company No more ambition to grow No perks (paternity leave have been cancelled) Change of culture towards less communication and transparency All decision taken by the headquarters in France

      Pros

      Startup culture, growing steadily with a cool little central-London office. Remote friendly and flexible working for all. Small and intimate team, but not so tight-knit that you'd feel like you were intruding. Free Macbook pro and heavy investment in onboarding, even for remote roles. No 'top-down' management culture. Board members are active on Slack, and very approachable / friendly. Initiative is recognised and rewarded. Decent benefits. Trains!

      Cons

      Career opportunities are limited given the small team size, I suspect this would change as the company grows.

      Pros

      Working at Loco2 is great, the remote culture means we're made up of interesting bunch of people from across the world, who are self motivated and really really good at what they do regardless of where they live. The CEO champions people in their role and allows for autonomy. Everyone is really friendly and welcoming. Regular meet-ups and an annual retreat is great at getting everyone together. An ethical company that cares about the positive impact that Loco2 can have.

      We're growing quickly and with that comes some disruption!
