Best reason to work in RF silicon is the open within the company. Every single point or new development is been shared with us. In RF silicon, we got the opportunity explore all the aspect of Designing. We got the chance to explore new working domain.
Cons
Salary structure is not satisfactory. I feel it is not upto the industry standard.
