The work itself is somewhat repetitive and you were pretty much tied to your desk/phone (at least at the time). Not much flexibility.

As a Traffic Specialist I have barely seen a raise since I started. Salary increases are minimal and you have to fight for any kind of raise. We used to have such a great culture with events and activities and now management has cut out all fun most people didn’t even bother going to the Christmas party. The office has become bland and sterile and everyone seems unhappy most of the time. We take on more work and don't get any recognition or appreciation. We work long hours and overtime and it is exhausting. Weekends and holidays are not guaranteed in this job
