Pros

Lots of work available for merchandisers

Cons

Company wanted a large amount of work for basically minimum wage & had no concept of ‘working independently’ very much a ‘big brother is watching’ culture There are much better more understanding appreciative companies in this sector to work for the same salary

Pros

Work life balance pretty good. Full time staff get a car allowance. Staffing department is amazing for what they have to do with last minute changes.

Cons

No communication by management not even a message to say that they will get back to you. Don't get paid a decent milage rate,

Pros

There are genuinely non. it was a horrible toxic workplace to work at.

Cons

There are a massive amount of cons. Just to list a few. Management is extremely poor. There is one manager in particular that is a bully and has bullied everyone out of the company now. Before I get a reply which details concerns were not raised, they have been raised by multiple people and just chosen to be ignored to HR and elsewhere. Massive wage gap between all staff. Management breaking employment laws by sending out emails and having meetings to tell people to stop talking about wages. Constantly working staff to burnout. Unless you are someone's friend in the company, they will likely fire you because they either done need you anymore or don't like you.

Logobrand do not tolerate bullying of any kind and whilst your comment is noted that people have left this is part of the normal churn within any business and Logobrand have a high staff retention rate with many of staff having been employed well over a decade both in the field and in the office which is testament to the satisfaction they gain from working with us. We strive to create a cohesive and friendly environment and the low staff turnover is evident that this is successful, this is further supported by us offering flexible hybrid working solutions to ensure employees have a good work life balance. At no point have HR been made of any bullying, poor management or indeed any other issues which remain unresolved, we have strict policies and procedures in place to deal with allegations of this type and take such allegations incredibly seriously. With reference to occurrences been raised to HR and Managers and ignored, should this situation ever occur these conversations would be confidential and so if there were issued raised individuals would not be aware of actions taken unless they were directly involved, this is to protect the privacy of those involved. In addition, I can conclusively say to my knowledge no concern has ever been raised that emails breaking any employment laws have been issued to our staff. This is a serious allegation and I invite you to contact me directly through the website to forward me information of what you are referring to. Finally, in response to the pay gap, all companies have different wage tiers based upon the ability and skill level of their staff and Logobrand is no different, however we pay those with similar job levels similarly and benchmark salaries against external averages regularly to ensure they remain fair and appropriate. Thank you
