That gives a lot of good opportunities for employees to learn. The company encourages employees to develop within the company and due to the company's size a lot of direct support is possible. Employees from many different countries and cultures work together and also enjoy hanging out after works and celebrate. The company has been operating in the niche market of creative, analog photography for more than 30 years.

Can be challenging, as the complex structure and internationality despite the smaller size needs to be handled. But one can see this also as a chance to develop.
