      Pros

      allows OT. great benefits if you don’t have kids. benefits start the 1st of the month after your hire date.

      Cons

      Drivers are not respected by corporate or dispatchers. TERRIBLE HR department! Employees are able to make uncomfortable work environments among other staff without any consequence or disciplinary action. Black staff are also targeted. Would not suggest anyone who’s young and thriving to work here. This is for older people who are okay with racism.

      Always rushed, loaded late. Dirty owners that claim to be Christian. Will cheat you out of last check.

      Pros

      Good small trucking that has struggled to grow due turnover. Good place to earn a weekly check. Benefits are awful.

      Cons

      Managers are too busy worrying about themselves instead of investing in their office personnel. Drivers are rude because management does not hold them accountable. You will work holidays plus weekends while management and the owners sit cozy in their homes enjoying the holidays.
