Pros

Amazing individuals to work with Crazy amount of hours

Cons

Staff are underpaid for this type of work They don’t value their employees People are overworked Administration and directors play favorites with staff There’s a reason why they have a high turnover rate They don’t properly train everyone They care more about the company’s “image” to the state than their treatment of staff and quality of care and support they are supposed to be providing

Pros

The people you support are the best ever!!! The best thing about that job!

Cons

The uneducated and unprofessional people you have to work with. Gossip about each other, backstabbing, and upper management is a joke. They are the most unprofessional people I have ever had to work with.
