- Candidates with referrals bypass the usual interview modes and enter the job easily.
- Very bad food, No canteen, CTC includes non-encashable food charges.
- No cab / transportation facility for employees.
- The way in which SOP training is provided, makes no sense; would usually be a chaotic experience every time.
- Laptops provided for people above manager level only.
- General shift from 8AM to 5PM; would've been better if it was pushed an hour.
- Though company is situated in Bangalore, Tamil-speaking employees dominate the company.

- Inter-departmental conflicts exist in few departments.
- Crowded with middle-aged employees 'enjoying' their stay at the company making it an unfit organization for youngsters.
