      Pros

      I love working here. The mission/work is exciting/fulfilling. The people are nice, the workplace is peaceful and every once in a while somebody leaves a cake in the break room.

      Cons

      If you’re classified, there are limitations on your pay increases. If you’re not sure about staying with the government, pick a good role so you don’t pigeonhole yourself.
