      Outdated tools and poor management.

      Friendly coworkers and that's it.

      Cons

      Limited training. Outdated software tools makes for inefficient workflow and longer call times. Call center reps are forced to use your PTO to take holidays off or go unpaid. My stuff from my desk was never returned to me.
