      Management misled us about company status

      Pros

      Software is functional for real estate.

      Cons

      Management emphasized the need to compete with our main rival and all the while they were collaborating with them to buy the company so they could get PAID, and laid off all the workers who made the company successful. Years of hard work were ignored

      Pros

      (The few that are left) Teammates are really good people.

      Cons

      The company was bought by Accruent back in August 2017, and it has been a steady attrition of employees ever since. Expiration of various retention periods for staffers have left an office bereft of life. There's even talk of walling off half of the space and subletting to another company. The heart and soul of Lucernex has been dissolved by the new owners that treat the company as a line item. If you want to work on an entry level salary, there's opportunity for you!

      Co-workers great to collaborate with. Free snacks.

      Cons

      Management too top heavy with people who don't do anything productive, and non-responsive to company needs. Insurance has become an embarrassment over the last year.
