Pros
One of the great things I like about Lucix is that they nurture their employees. They provide employees the opportunity to grow and prosper within the organization. There were times when the company was slow but instead of laying off a whole bunch of employees... they took that opportunity to cross train employees in different areas in which helps company growth and as well as career growth for the employees. They constantly provide trainings and certifications to their employees. Lucix workforce and management are highly skilled and very knowledgeable. It is such an honor to work with all these folks all these years and gaining all the technical skills and experience that came with it. For the past year or so, Lucix recently formed a Recreational committee to provide fun and interactive activities for employees. These activities give employees a chance to interact with one another and improve team bonding. Activities range from quarterly birthday celebrations, ice cream socials, BBQs, thanksgiving luncheons, Christmas parties and "Fun day"'s where Lucix would have ping pong duels and corn-hole games set up. And just recently, Lucix implemented the 9/80 schedule. Employees had the opportunity to vote in for this schedule which kinda tell you that Lucix truly value its employee's feedback. It is nice to have every other friday off. Other pros would be great health benefits, 401k plan and Paid Time Offs.
Cons
Parking spaces, they would put up a sign in the lucix parking that it's for lucix employees and visitors only. I have noticed that the employees of nearby companies have been parking in lucix parking spaces taking away spaces for lucix people.
