      Excellent minds, generous benefits and packages, availability of resources and the fact that there are several branches located around the world really enhances collaboration and sharing of expertise.

      Cons

      Lack of transparency, administration wields too much power in day-to-day processes and each branch is usually limited in personnel, leaving each branch highly reliant on their host institution.
