The mission is genuinely exciting, the technology solves complex, real-world financial problems, and the people are incredibly smart and driven. Management works hard to listen to feedback and steer the company in the right direction.

Rapid growth means things change quickly, and processes are constantly being updated to keep pace with our scale. It can sometimes feel fast-paced, but it’s a natural part of a successful, scaling business.
