Pros
Good salary, not the most competitive but not low Fully remote and schedules are flexible Manageable workload (most of the time, but can vary by role) Opportunities to learn new elements of the market research process, including consulting and client management Generally kind, communal work structure though teams can be small Opportunities for quick advancement and training/support in roles
Cons
Still a bit of a start up vibe, despite ~5 years in business and >30 employees Greater transparency in bonuses, raises, and promotion are needed Health care leaves much to be desired (classic start up vibes) Small team sizes can lead to overwork/overburdening of junior team members
