It's a very caring organisation, both in terms of its attitude towards staff and the support it endeavours to give to its partners. The work is highly stimulating and the team is first class and a pleasure to work with. I've been here several years and get a huge amount of job satisfaction.
Cons
The pace of work can be overwhelming. Working across timezones can be exhausting.

Cons
When you hear about media & entertainment industry horror stories, Luminate is exactly that type of toxic work environment. Cliquey, unprofessional, and terribly mismanaged. There's a reason such a 'reputable' brand churns through employees.
