The advantage is to have a luxury experience on the curriculum.

Cons

A disappointing work environment, plagued by mismanagement and disregard for employee expertise. Leadership seems uninterested in the skills and insights that they initially sought out in new hires, often dismissing these in favor of their own unvalidated decisions. Employees are treated with little regard; hiring and dismissals feel impersonal and frequent, contributing to one of the highest turnover rates I've encountered. Professional growth feels stifled, as the structure and culture do not support career progression. The demands on employees' time are extreme, with expectations for extended hours and frequent after-hours contact, affecting all departments without exception. I strongly advise against this workplace for anyone seeking a healthy, supportive environment or a sustainable work-life balance.
