Pros
The work is important and can be very satisfying when a client is successful.
Cons
The management at residential is more interested in keeping their jobs than improving the program. They show very little real appreciation for the staff. They lead with threats and humiliation. Undermining the staff ultimately undermines the whole program. That's why so many of the clients come back multiple times.
