      Appreciation of residents for efforts to make their lives comfortable. Many co-workers deeply committed to quality care, despite obstacles .

      Cons

      Leadership's failure to acknowledge areas of weakness and hiring mistakes at the executive level. Fake communication passed off as real.

      Residents appreciate care received when implementation is demonstrated by staff. Security friendly and helpful.

      Cons

      Poor scheduling, continuously short staffed, high turnover. Poor moral within nursing staff. No communication and no organization.

      Pros

      You’re able to pick up extra hours when needed. They give out bonuses when they are short staff. They have an annual picnic which is pretty nice.

      Cons

      Poor customer service. A lot of the employees do not have empathy for the residents and it’s extremely sad to see how they are treated. Especially the dining staff. They are teenagers who don’t know how to provide any type of customer service to the elderly. It’s very unprofessional.
