Pros
Flexible scheduling allows for a healthy work/life balance. My Manager is very supportive and always glad to answer to my questions or make suggestions. The company values their employees and tries to project that in several ways, being helpful. Office is located in the peaceful locality, with separate rooms, which is a huge plus while working. Being in a Web developer position, My work is always exciting to upgrade to the latest and bug fixing, sometimes its stressful but Enjoy doing it. The pay is good Satisfactory for the work and hours I work and there is no limit to what your annual salary can be if you are willing to put in the time and effort to achieve it. …
Cons
As a web Developer, There is no physical work, only mental work i,e. I have to design, develop and integrate the website, Can't help it this is profession. But I End up finally with self satisfaction, that I did something new Every time.
