I was completely shocked getting into a new industry with a company I wasn't familiar with. Not having any sales experience I was worried I would struggle to get sales. With their hands on training I actually picked it up really quickly and thanks to management was able to move up really quickly.
Cons
I wish that i had made the leap to a solar position sooner.
