The managers have delusional standards and are looking for somebody that can come in and do the job day one with your eyes closed. They want zero training or ramp up periods. Since they promise a competitive salary for a freelance position, there’s a lot of talent on the market and they can be extremely picky on who they go with and who to let go - in a matter of days. The turnover is incredibly fast with dismissals happening abruptly.
