It has been ingrained in our culture to have the leadership team provide a nurturing and open culture for everyone to learn and grow together. Having many people in our team today with diverse backgrounds, views and culture does not make it easier, but we are committed to keep trying and bringing the best out of an already wonderful team. As leaders, we have regular leadership trainings to steadily grow together to a higher level of management skill, have regular open and honest conversations with our team members, and take necessary actions to address any concerns should our team members share them with us.
