      Pros

      Structured environment, can grow with the company, great co-workers and teamwork, feel a sense of accomplishment at the end of the day, and fairly good benefits with health club discount and generous maternity/paternity leave policy.

      Cons

      Some back-stabbing by those who try to improve their position at the company, health care benefit could be better, a little too top heavy.

      Non-management staff generally nice The holiday lunches were nice Easy commute near 128 Learned a lot

      Cons

      Poor pay No upward momentum Someone else will take credit for your work Bigoted comments from management There's a reason why most of the positive reviews here are from interns. Turnover from young people was very high, most left within 6 months and more before 1 year. Use it as a stepping stone and move on. Better CAD shops out there.
