      Pros

      Meaningful work and great storytelling. Enjoyed the people that work there and the laid back atmosphere. Owner was great to work for.

      Cons

      Working at M2 Pictures was like working with family that was a little dis-functional. And dis-function ruled the roost. Processes are a mess.

      Laid back atmosphere and a good product. Ability to work creatively and learn all facets of a production company.

      Cons

      The Company was too small and grew too fast making it hard for anyone to be promoted from within.
