Only if one doesn't have any other opportunities one should go for this. This should be one's last resort.

Not so toxic work environment (this is a positive point, as I know - some workplaces could be much worse). Food (Dinner - arrives around 8:30 PM) and snacks (chips, biscuits, etc - packed foods & packed drinks - around 1:00 AM) provided for the night shift employees.

Cons

No growth opportunities. Very less pay increment for years.
