Pros

Very friendly staff and people

Cons

Avoid this company at all cost. It's a "pyramid scheme" and if your too bone headed to call it that, then why not call it a "sales mill". The hours are 730-6pm, and thats physically in the office, not including transit home which is another hour roughly. And as a new hire you are "guaranteed" $500/wk... BEFORE taxes. And that "guaranteed" $500/wk is contingent on completing 3 sales minimum. Did I mention that there's not even office furniture in the office!? They train you to literally walk door-to-door trying to manipulate people into buying your product. It was ridiculous, they would tell you how successful you were going to be and how great of opportunities you have with them, and how someday you will be promoted out and own your own "company". And by "company" they mean a whole separate office somewhere in the country where you would start the exact same operation they had going on here, except this time you start from scratch, hiring a ton of new employees (half of which will turn over) and somehow getting paid 75K/yr???? I don't understand how that works when you aren't doing much of anything as an executive except going to "conferences" in Cancun or San Antonio. It's not a legitimate company. I got the hell out of there while I could. This is a review I found Indeed and it really had me worried. I still decided to go in and check it out. The above review sums this company/job up 100%, minus the office furniture part. This is a pyramid scheme and you should really consider whether or not you want to be a part of one or not. Please be careful of opportunities that seem to good to be true. And their mission statement is "To provide oportunity for generation to come" A company that can't spell OPPORTUNITY correctly in their own MISSION STATEMENT has some problems.

Our company regrets if you feel misinformed by our compensation package or how our growth structure works within our company. I will start by clarifying that yes our company does offer different compensation packages. Both of which are fully gone over in depth throughout the interviewing process. It seems as though you acknowledged not only how they worked before accepting the position, but why one is put in place to have a quota. Now, to further explain our expansion process. Our company has worked with a business model for years that is backed by both the Better Business Bureau and Harvard's Best Business Structures. Not only do we focus on promoting from within, but we also promote based on performance. We don't take the corporate approach of promotion by who you know or how long you have worked there. That does not make said company a pyramid scheme- which by the way is illegal. Pyramid schemes are also notorious for selling/promoting a product that does not exist. We only work with high integrity companies that are global leaders in their industry. Companies that need our help to grow their market share. Yes, our clients need us to continue to take on new markets because they need to grow. Our promotion from within structure allows our clients the great feeling of knowing that any individual promoted to over seeing a new market will not only know how to be consistent with the sales and marketing side of things, but will also have experience training, developing, and mentoring others in a similar role as the one they started in. So if you are looking for a company that you can gain sales/marketing experience, and grow WITHIN the company, and promote an actual product that definitely does exist, please see our website at: www.m4i-inc.com.

Pros

No pros other than gaining experience talking to other human beings. That's really it.

Cons

The payment arrangement is dishonest. You are told you will receive 500 a week. What they fail to emphasize is the fact that you have to hit the quota of 1800 a week in order to even receive said pay. I was also told that it was a mistake on the interviewers part. However, that was just a ruse to make me feel as if it was done by mistake. It wasn't. The HR people purposely avoid talking about the pay in great detail in order to get you to take the job. Lying by omission. Look it up. Also, I was told to go to michael with the questions in regards to the pay....by the HR employees. Keep in mind that that is their job. And they can't even do that.

Pros

When I came in for the interviews, I'll be honest, I really did not know what to expect. I just graduated recently from a highly accredited University in the Midwest and did not want to just find a job, I wanted a career with growth opportunity. That became much more important to me then just finding something in the field that I had recently earned a degree in. I also wanted to find a place that not only felt like home, but would be inviting and welcoming with high energy. I was thankfully offered a position to this company after the 3 step interview process and now that I have been working here for a couple of months I could not be happier! I am challenged day in and day out and always continue to learn. I am a very competitive person and I love that I never feel like I have mastered anything. The opportunity to grow is solely based on me, which I love. The room to grow seems endless which is everything I wanted. Michael, the managing partner, truly cares about his people and does a great job at keeping things fun. I couldn't imagine working anywhere else!

Cons

I am the type of person that loves going out with other people, but there are days where I go out on my own.
