I wrote a review when I first left Metro Taxi but it was rejected even though I thought I was being restrained with my criticisms. I will say that I agree with "CSR"'s review. Management will throw you under the bus & there was much competitiveness between employees. The owners' wife is not only unkind but enjoys humiliating employees. You have to ask yourself what's going on with a company where 4 customer service managers leave or quit in 6 months time.

Your basically working to pay the 750 weekly lease on rundown vehicles plus gas, so good luck with that
