      Good office amenities including free coffee and regular company events

      Cons

      The experience can vary significantly depending on the team and manager. In some areas, there is a strong micromanagement culture and middle management creates a toxic, high pressure environment. Even when results were delivered, performance was often overlooked due to politics and manipulative management behaviour.
