Pros
The benefits are pretty good. There are some genuine and kind people there.
Cons
Some people need to learn that you should treat others as you would like to be treated. Those same people seem to be allowed to treat others with no respect. Micro-managing. Also, loyal and long time employees were let go right at Christmas. Seemed heartless to me.

Pros
Really great company with really respectful leadership. They do wonderful things for their employees and make them feel appreciated. Great work/life balance. Pay is very competitive and they give quarterly bonuses. They also recognize "star" employees. The health benefits are pretty good and they have programs that help encourage a healthy lifestyle. Overall, I'm quite satisfied with MAA.
Cons
Communication can be somewhat lacking and some of the accounting processes are made more difficult than they should be.
