Decent salary for Quick Service.

Cons

Micromanagement from the upper management. General Managers are treated like children, with no real ability to take the reigns and build a culture. As soon as you develop a solid team, they transfer your key players to other locations. Then they grade your store and hold you to account on the performance of your brand new team. General Managers are not allowed to implement variable management styles. Basically you're expected to mimic upper managements heavy handed micromanagement style, and if it isn't working...micro manage harder. Stated company values take a back seat to "metrics."
