behind the curve

Pros

Manufacturing op's/equip are behind the curve compared to other semiconductor manufacturers, but they are trying to address at least some of the shortcomings. Giving some credit there.

Cons

Sense of team/collab/culture is very weak compared to all companies I have worked for. There are benefits, but generally seem to be fluff to make the jobs more enticing. Decent benefits, not the best.

It was fine

Pros

Paid well, big company offers an opportunity to work with a wide array of products, culture of niceness

Cons

Struggled with mentorship. Unwilling to pay technicians higher wages in a super competitive market made for a constantly understaffed manufacturing environment, which is very stressful to work in.
