Pros
Good place if you just want to pass time. This is what a lot of the staffs are doing. Everyday come to office just to use internet, sleep (free air con), talk crap instead of work related stuffs.
Cons
This place is typically about who you know rather than what you do. If the boss likes you, you will be sky high. If the boss doesn’t like you, you can work like hell yet no one gives a damn. You just need to curry favour your way up. Once you are in the pet list, you can do anything except your work. Favouritism level is sky high.
