Pros
-Laid back work environment -Hours were 8-4:30pm (no one worked later than that except exec team) -Everyone was very friendly -Easy to get time off -If you're driven and a hard worker, you can do what you want
Cons
-No organization -Employees, and exec's, started playing favorites and forming clicks over time -Hard to succeed since no one else wants to work hard
