Others are actively pursuing legal counsel due to the invasive and potentially illegal nature of the constant monitoring, as well as the tactics used by management during one-on-one meetings.
Management is dismissive of employee concerns, fostering a culture of fear and retaliation. There is a complete lack of respect for work-life balance, with unrealistic demands and constant pressure to meet never-ending quotas. Paid Time Off (PTO) and the Right to Disconnect is non-existent at Max Solutions; employees are expected to be available at all times.
Adding to the uncertainty, Max Solutions is currently on a short-term lease, and there are strong indications that the current location will not be viable in the next three to four years. This lack of long-term planning further exacerbates the instability and anxiety experienced by employees.
I strongly advise anyone considering employment at Max Solutions to steer clear. Your mental and physical health are far too precious to sacrifice in this soul-crushing environment.
It's sad that the only positive reviews on here were written by Upper Management after someone left an accurate and honest review, in hopes of balancing out the average rating on the company. They are more concerned with what people think, than the well-being and development of their employees.
